The presented project is a three-bedroom house with 130 m² living space. This project's price starts from 65.000 euros for construction without including the cost of the plot and inside equipment. We accompany and support you in any questions you have, competently, and efficiently.  

• We can present you a suitable plot on which you want to build your dream property. A network of over 30 local real estate agencies allows us to access many lands for sale.
•  We will create a detailed listing of the construction costs. 
• You can work together with an architect while drawing the project. All your wishes come into consideration in the project.
•  Our company obtains building permission for your project. We make all official applications.
•  You determine which building materials should be for the project: tiles, paints, sanitation, kitchen, etc.

   Construction development consists of four phases. For example:

• 1. Building permission and the draft of the project,
• 2. Bare Brickwork completion and Roof.
• 3. Walls Windows and doors, interior design,
• 4. Final touches, Garden and receive official habitation permission completion certificates.

  You may make payments according to the phases of construction. We give a 2-year warranty on interior design works and a 30-year warranty on buildings.   The Turkish governmental Notary creates the construction contract. We add into this contract all agreed items point by point, such as phases and payments, time and duration of delivery, names and quality levels of the materials.
