Bahcesehir (or The Garden City), also is known as the amazing City, is located at a strategic point northwest of Lake Kucukcekmce. It was first opened by the Collective Housing Department attached to the Turkish Prime Ministry through the construction of a series of leading real estate projects

 

The district is famous for its many luxurious residential complexes, with the highest amenities and safety, social and health facilities, and many shops, offices and commercial complexes.

The area is easily accessible from all parts of Istanbul through its modern road network, as well as the railway connecting the European side of Istanbul with the city of Edirne.

 

An area of 4 million and 703,000 square meters is planned to accommodate building 15,400 apartments. The area also contains a diverse botanical cover of different trees, with an estimated per capita in the district about 12 square meters of green space.

The region includes a modern facility for water refining and purification used to irrigate the green areas, where large quantities of fresh water are provided in this way, thus achieving the sustainability of water resources through refining it.

The largest artificial lake in Turkey is located in Bahcesehir, and the lake extends over 300,000 square meters. The lake is surrounded by a wide range of restaurants, cafés, clubs and other social facilities.
