Entire Property Buying Process in Turkey

We will be responsible for all the processes from choosing the property to dealing with the seller, consulting about the details and making an agreement draft, signing the contract, pay the taxes, and other additional fees.

First steps for Property Purchase in Turkey:

 

1. Tax Number:

Get a Turkish tax number for the buyer in Turkey (Vergi No) – tax number is needed to facilitate all official transactions on his/her name.

2. Open Account:

Open an account in one of the Turkish banks. In terms of reliability, Turkish banks are not inferior to Swiss banks. The procedure for opening a bank account is quite simple. All you need is a passport and tax number obtained at your local tax office. Bank accounts can be opened in dollars, euros, or Turkish lira, with the minimum amount of 1000$.

3. Signing the Contract:

Signing the contract between the buyer of the property and the seller side. The purchase contract consists of several items written in your language and Turkish. Both parties’ buyer and the seller side should sign the contract. We create a purchase contract for you.

 Ownership certificate transfer Procedure:

To start the Tapu procedure (document certifying the right of ownership), the buyer needs the following documents: a copy of the passport, two passport photos, and Tax number obtained in Turkey.
