•  Our company obtained the building permission for your project. All official applications are done for you by us.
•  You determine which building materials will be  used for the project: tiles, paints, sanitation, kitchen, etc.
•  The building will be divided into phases. For example: 1. Building permission and draft of the project, 2. Masonry and plaster works, 3. Windows and doors, interiour design.
•  You may make payments according to the phases of construction.
•   We give 5 year warranty on interiour design works and a 30 year warranty on buildings.
